Terms & Conditions

1, The pod "Get Lucky" scratchcard promotion is available to all residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, aged over 18, excluding employees and the immediate families of pod, its agents and anyone connected with the promotion.

2, The Promotion is available at all participating pod stores in the UK.

3, A "Get Lucky" game card will be presented to the customer upon receipt of payment between 03.06.2013 and 30.06.2013. 1 card per visit, a visit is defined as going to a pod store once within the same calendar date and when a purchase has been made.

4, All game cards may only be redeemed once within a participating store.

5, All participants are bound to these terms and conditions and breach of these terms will result in the forfeit of the game card and prize that may have been gained.

6, All game cards are to be redeemed at participating outlets.

7, Gifts available in this Promotion consist of the following.

Non-Food Gifts comprise of:

• A weekend at the King's Head Inn, Bledington for 2 people. This covers 1 room for two nights with bed and breakfast, and one dinner for two.
• A 6-course tasting menu for two with beverage pairing at the restaurant Viajante.
• 3 pairs of tickets to The View from the Shard.

Food Gifts to be redeemed in restaurant:

• 25% off an Energy Pot
• 25% off a Supergrain Salad (regular size.)
• 25% off Superfood Scrambled Eggs (regular size.)
• Free regular hot drink with a regular Porridge.
• Free water with a regular salad.
• Free guarana topping when you buy an Energy Pot.
• Free piece of fruit when you buy any regular salad or regular hot lunch.
• Free topping with any regular salad.
• £1 off a regular salad
• Buy one, get one free on any regular salad or regular hot lunch.
• Free breakfast for a week. (Breakfast consists of 1 regular porridge and 1 regular coffee. 5 breakfasts included.)
• Free lunch for a week. One maximum £8 transaction a day, after 11am. 5 lunches included.
• Free lunch for a month. One maximum £8 transaction a day, after 11am. 20 lunches included.

8, Only one gift card will be given per transaction, per visit, and subject to availability. The operator reserves the right to refuse giving a game card to the customer if, in its reasonable opinion, the terms and conditions or operation or spirit of the promotion have been compromised.

9, There are no cash alternatives for first or runner up prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.

10, The recipients of non-food gifts must redeemed by entering the winning code on the pod website. They will then be contacted via email by pod with 24 hours who will confirm the prize that they have won, and will correspond with pod to arrange the prize date. The prizes must be booked for a time before 31.10.2013.

11, All food prizes must be redeemed within the time periods stated on the competition. All game cards after 31.07.2013 will be void.

12, By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

13, Gifts may not be sold to another and no cash alternative is available. In the event of fraud, abuse, incorrect information supplied and / or an error affecting the proper operation of the Promotion, including the allocation of more gifts than are available, the Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions and/or declare a void notification.

14, All names of major gift winners are available upon request by sending a self-addressed envelope to Pod Food Ltd, Peer House, 8-14 Verulam Street, London, WC1X 8LZ.

15, All costs that may be occurred from receiving a gift will be the responsibility of the recipient.

16, The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
