Pod would be nothing without the great people who work for us, and we're always on the look-out for brilliant new people to join our growing team. With over 20 shops, there are lots of opportunities, and we've got ambitious plans to continue growing fast over the next few years.

Expect an early start, a busy environment, a fun and multicultural team, and a passion for great, healthy food! We have 4 main positions in the stores:

What is Working at Pod Like

TEAM MEMBERS: If you don't have previous experience, you'll start as a team member. Team members are the driving force of Pod, preparing the food and delivering excellent service to our customers.

COFFEE CHAMPIONS: Our Coffee experts. We take coffee seriously at pod, we carefully train members of our team to create our delicious coffee.

ASSISTANT MANAGERS: They support the General Managers while learning how to run a shop – making sure that everything from the product quality, to the shop environment, to the service, is excellent and that the team is working well.

GENERAL MANAGERS: Managers are multi-taskers, taking on the many tasks required to make a shop thrive. Supported by the Operations team, they drive their team and shop forward. Our people are important to us, so we look after them. Most of our managers (and quite a few of Head Office!) have been with us for years, having started as team members.

Training is a major part of life at pod, and we offer our people intensive training from day one. As part of our commitment to excellent food, kitchen training is fundamental for all of our staff – teaching about food, flavour, and delivering it in the best possible way. Our training structure for prospective managers gives them experience in all areas of managerial responsibility – service, kitchen, and administration - so they’re fully prepared to step up.

What about money?

We properly reward all our highly valued staff with competitive salaries, plenty of training and lots of potential to progress. When you work your way up to being a shop manager, you can earn up to £35k p.a including bonuses.

We love to throw fun parties for our staff, and you also get to eat delicious free meals every day. We have a great time together and like to feel like one big family.
